skin problem with leo

something weird is haapening to one of my leos, hes got bits of skin that are sort of like 'underskin' and bits of normal skin (obviously), its kind of hard to explain, its almost as if he has shed his normal skin and not all of its came off...

it doesnt show up well in pictures so it will probably be hard to help. but i know all about shed problems and stuff and this isnt a shed problem. its like the top layer of his skin has been pulled off at some parts.

hi Layla, still working on that picture, sorry its been takin so long. it seems to be getting a bit better though so i might just see what happens for few more days.
